If you have a matching vehicle, you respond through our platform. We relay your message to the member. They decide whether to engage.

You respond through MMC
If you have a match, you send a message through our platform. We forward it to the member. If they’re interested, they’ll get in touch directly.
Member privacy is non-negotiable.
Our members' personal details are never shared with dealers. No names, no phone numbers, no emails. You see the vehicle brief only. All communication is relayed through MMC until the member chooses to engage directly.
This isn't a lead generation platform. It's a matching service where the buyer is in complete control.
Dealer Code of Conduct
Access to My Dream Motors is free and open to any dealer. But it comes with rules. Our members trust us to protect their experience, and we take that seriously.
Stock must be real
- Only respond if you currently hold the matching vehicle or have confirmed, physical access to it
- Include a link to the live listing so the member can verify it themselves
- No “we can source it” responses. If you don't have it, don't respond
- No phantom stock, no bait-and-switch, no “we don't have that but how about this”
Respect member privacy
- All communication goes through MMC until the member chooses to engage directly
- Never attempt to identify members outside of the MMC platform
- Never share, store, or sell any member data received through the platform
One response, no pressure
- One response per wish. If the member doesn't reply, that's your answer
- Professional, honest communication. No misleading claims about the vehicle
- No unsolicited follow-ups, no pressure tactics, no fake urgency
If the rules are broken
Any member complaint triggers a review. We investigate every one. This is a privilege, not a right.
